This was one of the videos we watched today that is an example of a film that makes you sad. It depicts the life of Ellie and Carl's life from marriage till Ellie's death. It was very effective because of the sad music, and the fact that the colds change form being bright and happy to being dull and depressing. Also, someone dies in the movie...so that's obviously very sad. In this clip there is no dialogue but only the music, so they express their emotions through facial expressions. This was a very effective video in making people sad.
